Since 1996 I have been serving the needs of Nashville and the surrounding communities with a diversity of massage types. I am certified in Neuromuscular, Positional Release, and Intraoral massage. During the session, I may also use Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Cranio-sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Myofascial release, and Sports Massage techniques. Cupping, Percussion, Taping, and CBD may also be included at no extra cost. When you call to schedule an appointment, one price covers everything listed above, including my coming to your home or office!  This price includes travel in a 20-mile radius from The Crossings in Antioch.

(Travel outside the radius may incur an additional mileage fee of $2/mile unless multiple services are provided within the same visit)
